Description
This is Book 1 of "Band Expressions", a series of method books for band instruments that will get you off to the right start in your band experience. It starts with the basics, including the care of your instrument. It then covers posture, playing positions and warm-ups. All of this (and a whole lot more) is presented through the use of simple songs and exercises. You will be playing music from around the world, and the CD that is included has back-up tracks so you can play along with professional musicians in class, at home, or in concert.
 
The book is loaded with full color photos, definitions of musical terms, composer biographies and more. "Band Expressions, Book One" weighs 8.32 oz.

Instructions
Navigating this website: On every page of this website, you will have several standard navigational links.
